RETURNS

We understand that it is difficult to purchase accessories online. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have before purchasing. Due to the delicate nature of the pieces we create, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you receive incorrect or damaged (not due to shipping) product, please email us: info@mollygeedesigns.com

CUSTOM DESIGNS

All customized orders (including custom ribbon color, fabric color or extended beading) are final sale and cannot be returned. If you receive an incorrect or damaged products, please email us: info@mollygeedesigns.com

SHIPPING

All shipping is done via USPS. Please note that MOLLYGEEdesigns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please see below for specific shipping information for your location.

Domestic:

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

International:

Priority Mail International- International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which includes a delivery confirmation number. Packages take approximately 6 to 10 business days barring any customs delays. This may vary per country. Please note that delivery confirmation is not a tracking number. This will only provide confirmation that the package has been delivered. MOLLYGEEdesigns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held accountable for customs delays.

Express Mail International:

We highly recommend USPS Express Mail to our international customers. Though slightly more expensive, this allows your package to be trackable and includes $100 insurance. Packages take 2 to 5 business days barring any customs delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. MOLLYGEEdesigns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and cannot be held accountable for customs delays.

RUSH ORDERS

For most of the year, we can accommodate rush orders on most “Made to Order” pieces. However, during the height of wedding season (late spring and early fall) this may not be possible.  Rush orders are listed on the chart below. Rush orders will still be shipped USPS priority mail, which takes approximately 2-3 days to most United States locations.  Please email us at info@mollygeedesigns.com before purchasing your piece to verify availability of materials and ability to meet your deadline. We will do our very best to accommodate you! If overnight shipping is necessary, be sure to request this option for an additional shipping fee. 

RUSH PRODUCTION

6 weeks till ship- $15
4 weeks till ship- $30
2 weeks till ship- $45

PRODUCTION TIME

Most of our pieces are made-to-order, so please allow 8 weeks for production. Should you need your item faster, please request a “Rush Production”.  

CUSTOM ORDERS

Some simple modifications which require minimal change to product design can be done free of charge. This could include incorporating family heirloom pieces or materials. Moderate changes to product design such as ribbon color or other color substitutions can be made at a small customization fee of $25. Completely new designs may require a $50 custom order fee in addition to the price of the final piece. The $50 custom fee is requested at the initial order inquiry, and will act as a down payment for our extra time and effort in making your perfect piece! FAQ

How long until my head piece, veil, or accessory order ships?

We hand-create your pieces to order and will ship in roughly 8 weeks after purchase. The turn around time is our best estimate and does not include shipping times. Also, because everything is handmade, there may be slight differences from piece to piece. Once ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address provided. 

I need a piece quickly. Do you accept rush orders?

For most of the year, we can accommodate rush orders on most “Made to Order” pieces. However, during the height of wedding season, (late spring and early fall) this may not be possible. Please see our Rush Production policies for more information. 

When should I order my bridal piece?

When possible, we recommend not waiting until the last minute to order your pieces. All of our styles are handmade to order with care and attention to detail, so we want to take our time! We encourage you to purchase your pieces at least 2-3 months before they will be needed. Many brides want to have their pieces for trial hair appointment or bridal portraits, so please keep those dates in mind! 

Do you offer returns on head pieces, veils, and accessories?

All items are made to order, so we can unfortunately NOT accept any returns or exchanges. Please make sure you love your items and have read all descriptions carefully. I have a question about my current order. What should I do?

Please email us at info@mollygeedesigns.com with your order # and name in the subject line. Please use this email address and not the automated reply. As we are a very small studio, we may take a few days to reply during our rush seasons. 

Lost package and shipping issues?

After an item leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the mailing service. All USPS priority shipments come with a delivery confirmation. This is not a tracking number, and only confirms the delivery of a shipment. If you would like to purchase FedEX shipping over USPS, we are happy to accommodate you! Please email us prior to purchase so that we can add this option to your item. We will not reimburse or replace items that have been lost during shipping. Also, please ensure that you list a secure shipping address.

MOLLYGEEdesigns is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS.  We will also not be responsible for the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

Do you have a store?

How do I know which color will coordinate best with my wedding gown?

Colors available for each item are listed in the product description.  However, we are often asked,  “How white is your white or how dark is your ivory?”  Although we try to capture our products with as much accuracy as possible, each computer screen can differ.  Therefore, if you have any questions about specific color matching, please email us BEFORE you make your purchase to ask questions or purchase a fabric or feather swatch for $3. This price includes shipping.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for color-related reasons.

Can you create a piece with my custom color(s)?

We can create most of our designs with your custom colors, but not all! Please email us with your ideas prior to purchase, and we can talk more about your order. Additional fees may apply depending on the change of the design.

I saw a MOLLYGEEdesigns piece on a blog, website, magazine, under Real Brides on your website. Can you recreate it?

In most cases, yes. Please describe the piece or email a photo, and we would be happy to try to fulfill your request.

I would love to use pieces of a family member's dress, veil, etc in my hair piece. Can you incorporate this?

In most cases, yes. We love working with personal items! Please email us with information or a picture of your idea so that we can discuss details. Prices may vary for provided material.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express + Discover.

What is your privacy policy?

We at MOLLYGEEdesigns are committed to keeping your information safe.  We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information without your advance permission, or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to MOLLYGEEdesigns' employees who are managing this information for the purpose of order fulfillment.
